Shipping policy in order to bring convenience to customers when purchasing at Metalproduct JSC, we apply the shipping policy for customers who purchase as follows:
1. Shipping fee:
Shipping prices are based on product volume, number of kilometers and delivery location. Please contact us for a specific consultant.
Customers can request Metalproduct JSC to deliver goods to vehicle branches or carriers to deliver long distances.
2. Order processing time:
→ For orders from 8:00 - 16:00, we will contact you within the day.
→ If you order after 16:00, we will contact you in the next morning.
→ For orders placed after 16:00 on Saturday and Sunday, we will contact you on Monday morning.
3. Delivery time:
→ Delivery within the day or 1-2 days for customers with addresses in the inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City.
→ Delivery from 3-5 days to customers with addresses in the neighboring provinces of Ho Chi Minh City.
→ Delivery within the week to customers with addresses located in remote provinces of HCMC.
At special times such as holidays, New Year holidays, promotions ..., we cannot deliver immediately, so we will agree on a delivery time for you. We hope you understand.
Note: Please carefully check the goods when receiving the goods, if there is any damage, scratches, breakage, distortion, wrong goods, ... then immediately report to the delivery staff for timely settlement.
